Hi, I’m Madi Hampton.
I’m married to an amazing worship leader, Brandon Hampton. We live in Nashville, Tn and are enjoying the amazing community and food scene here. I was raised by parents who faithfully ministered in a local church in San Diego, California, and from a young age, I’ve carried a deep love for walking in that same calling.
My work sits at the intersection of trauma therapy and spiritual direction. With over a decade of experience in mental health and speaking within the Church, I equip and guide individuals and leaders through deep, integrative healing. My focus is not simply symptom relief, but lasting transformation—helping people move from patterns of pain into wholeness, clarity, and freedom.
Retreats are a particular favorite of mine—creating space for meaningful connection, relational depth, and transformative work in community. I carry a deep passion for training and equipping the Church globally, cultivating both clinical and spiritual wisdom to foster greater emotional and spiritual health.
It is a privilege to witness lives restored as people encounter healing, renewal, and the active presence of the Holy Spirit.
My Approach
My work is grounded in a holistic, trauma-informed approach that integrates emotional healing with spiritual formation. I blend experiential therapeutic modalities with warmth, presence, and practical insight. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker holding a current license in California and Tennessee. The techniques I have been trained in and gravitate towards is EMDR, IFS and Restoration Therapy. My goal is to create spaces of trust, authenticity, and acceptance where meaningful healing and lasting transformation can begin.
